Kaif Shirazi, a former Major of army who has got early retirement due to his wife's severe cancer diagnosed at an advanced stage, decides to go into action to save his police officer son, S.P. Qamar Shirazi, who is accused of taking heavy bribes from the criminals and is framed up by politically motivated seniors because he has dared to bust a gang sheltered by politicians.

Kaif Shirazi, succeeds in rescuing his son from the private prison of Ch. Jaabar Ali, after a lot of fast action, bike chase, shoot out and escape from death.

Sham Sharqi makes an offer to a former Lollywood film producer to write a film script, based on a hypothetical theme by a so called 20 year old student of his academy also called Sham.

Asks the producer to deposit Rs.200,000 in his account before knowing his story theme. Also demands 10% commission on net profit. Sham Sharqi tells him that he would reveal the script only scene to scene.

After a little hesitation the producer makes the deposit and an agreement is signed. The script of the first scene is shown to the producer who goes ahead with the production details but still without knowing who the 20 year only writer is and who will be the heroine of the movie.

Meanwhile the rivals of the producer learn of the whole affair and kidnaps Sham Sharqi to force him to let them have the whole script. Sham Sharqi refuses to comply.
